Arnold’s Total Body Workout

So the other day I was watching Subterranean and Pretty Girls Make Graves was on. They made some reference to the fact that they love Arnold and often listen to his workout CD before shows as a little, well, pick-me-up. So I went on amazon and found it; it’s called Arnold’s Total Body Workout and it’s one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard.
